By signing and
returning a signed copy of this Purchase Order to
AmeriCulture, Inc., Buyer offers to purchase the fish on
the terms stated above and in accordance with the
general terms and conditions which are incorporated
herein by reference.
Within 5
business days of its receipt, AmeriCulture shall accept
Buyers’ offer by signing and returning a fully
signed copy to Buyer or reject it by failing to accept it
within such time or by otherwise notifying Buyer of non-acceptance.
Upon acceptance, AmeriCulture, Inc. shall prepare and
deliver the fish for shipment to Buyer pursuant to the
terms and conditions stated herein.
